1. Return Eligibility
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
- The package/product must not be physically damaged, broken, scratched, or tampered with by the customer.
2. Damaged or Broken Parcel on Delivery
If you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel during delivery:
- Take clear photos/videos of the parcel immediately.
- Contact our support team on the same day of delivery.
- Share complete evidence including:
- Parcel images
- Product images
- Order details
Failure to report damage on the same day may result in rejection of the claim.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received & inspected by our team:
- Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Used products
- Physically damaged products by customer misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Products missing accessories or parts
- Items returned after 7 days
5. Exchange Policy
If the delivered product is defective or incorrect, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Store credit
- Refund
depending on stock availability and issue verification.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers may need to bear return shipping charges unless the issue is caused by our side.
- In case of wrong item or damaged delivery, Glow Gadgets Hub may cover the shipping cost after verification.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
8. Fraud Prevention
Glow Gadgets Hub reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if:
- Suspicious activity is detected
- False claims are made
- Product condition does not match the reported issue
